The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel's food and beverage service is exceptional. The rooms are also very well-designed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning, I didn't want to leave! The hotel offers a wide range of activities: diving, snorkeling, sunset cruises, paddleboarding, excursions to the sandbar, turtle watching... I simply ran out of time to do everything. I highly recommend staying at least 3 nights.

Don't expect a resort; it's more like a snorkeling guesthouse. The rooms are good, exactly as pictured. However, everything else—management, service, dining, facilities—is strictly guesthouse-level. But the dive guide was excellent, always on standby, ready to dive whenever, wherever, and however we wanted. The coral and marine life are abundant. Kayaks are free to use. In short, it's perfect for water sports enthusiasts, but not for a lazy vacation or Instagram-worthy photo ops.

The rooms are new and spacious, and the all-inclusive package covers four meals a day with unlimited water and beverages (excluding alcohol and coconuts!). The views and facilities are great, with snorkeling gear, kayaks, and paddleboards available for use. There's also a KTV, gym, and kids' activity center. You can even charter a boat for nearby diving or fishing trips. Plus, the food is prepared by a Chinese chef, making it perfect for Chinese palates.

This is the newest and most luxurious hotel on Mataking Island. The owner is Chinese and very welcoming, and there are plenty of activities organized on the island. The restaurant food also caters well to Chinese tastes.

The room isn't huge, but it's quite clean. They even turned on the air conditioning for us before we arrived, which is incredibly comfortable for a tropical island. And the environment? It's simply amazing, truly a snorkeling paradise.

This resort is located on Mataking Island, featuring individual villa-style rooms that are very spacious and even come with a private little garden. It's close to the beach, and you can go snorkeling with a guide to chase sea turtles and see colorful corals – definitely worth a visit! We didn't go to the sandbank as there was an extra charge, but the diving was absolutely fantastic!

Moments of pure bliss. Watching the sunset from the Doris lobby, the fiery clouds were absolutely stunning. I felt completely at ease, truly relaxed. I even thought to myself, 'I can truly enjoy myself here.' Despite that, my dedicated attendant still approached to ask if I was bored, then stayed to watch the sunset with me and even serenaded me with Chinese songs. All the staff here are young men, and I estimated their number to be double that of the guests. No matter where you choose to sit, they'll readily pick up a guitar and sing for you. Butler Tan arranged a special service for me. Their genuine smiles will forever remain etched in my memory. An unparalleled experience – it's like a more affordable Maldives, and truly the best Semporna has to offer.
