Always excellent always an amazing stay. This hotel achieves full Marks every time. It’s just different From the peacefulness of the reception when you arrive to the tranquility of eh outdoor pool area, from the amazing restaurant to the relaxing rooms. Cramim have managed to make you able to be fully relaxed very quickly. Highly recommend a visit to Yoav at the wine boutique. Well done

The grounds are lovely and the service was exceptional. Was a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family Rooms are clean and nicely done. Would have liked a few more exercise classes but the morning walk was great. It really was a hike including the history of the area. Cannot wait to go back.

Excellent hotel. Located between grapes cultives in the hills on the way to jerusalem. Excellent facilities. In door pool and sauna, fitness room and spa. Great breakfast and dinner. Staff very kind and helpful. Very clean . The outdoor pools also great surrounded by a lot of sitting corners

Absolutely Disgraceful – A Hotel That Should Be Avoided at All Costs This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. My wife and I booked a single night, expecting a peaceful, relaxing stay. Instead, just two hours after arriving, my wife was injured at the hotel spa. She spent the rest of the day in agony, and we were forced to leave that same night because she physically couldn’t take the pain anymore. So much for relaxation. It gets worse. The room we were given had a “view” of a disgusting rooftop with loud machinery constantly running. We asked to be moved to the same room type on a higher floor, and the receptionist looked us in the eye and lied. We were promised a similar room—what we got was a smaller, completely different type of room. When we confronted them, they barely acknowledged the issue and we had to demand to be moved back. Completely unacceptable. After all of this chaos and distress, we requested a refund—a basic, reasonable request given that we had to cut our stay short due to an injury on their property. Their response? No refund. Just a pathetic offer of partial credit toward a future stay—as if we would ever set foot in that place again. Absolutely insulting. This hotel doesn’t care about its guests, doesn’t take responsibility for what happens on its premises, and clearly has no understanding of customer service. The staff lies, the management hides behind policy, and their idea of compensation is laughable. Stay away from this place. You’re better off literally anywhere else.

It's was very sad, the hotel became old, the rooms became dilapidated, tired, unhappy employees looking into their eyes like dead, we talked to each other, and it was a very bad situation, they told us how much they do not get well salaries, their salaries are under the minimum wage, they have a thousand managers, but they do not have any employees in the evening to fix the lamp, a few cleaning staff waiting more than two hours to bring you some towels because of the lack of them, they have , unclean spa. I will not return

We've just returned from 2 nights celebrating our wedding anniversary at Cramim Hotel. It was an extremely enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that as Platinum Sun Club members, we were upgraded to a Cramim Deluxe room facing east. This turned out to be excellent, providing us with exceptional peace and privacy. The spa treatments were outstanding. There are three pools, so it didn't feel crowded despite the hotel being full. The highlight was the dining. The food was of very high quality, with an enormous selection. Surprisingly, the flavors were precise despite being served in a dining room for many guests. The staff was friendly, smiling, and courteous despite the busy atmosphere. They cleared plates from the table and ensured nothing was lacking. Thank you very much for a perfect stay!

My wife and I came for an overnight stay to celebrate a special anniversary. We were not disappointed. The spa massage which we had scheduled for our arrival was pleasant and we were treated by competent and caring masseuses. The room and the other facilities in the hotel were as one might anticipate at this type of hotel. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, probably the best buffet type hotel dinning I have experienced, hands down the best in Israel. I have not hesitation in recommending the Cramim Hotel and Spa. Having said all this, I would not award the hotel five stars for reasons which are easily remedied or issues which should never be found: 1) Cleanliness is an issue, dust can be found in common areas and in the (our) rooms without looking for it. 2) We visited (by chance) on one of the coldest days of the year. The common areas, in particular in the spa, were not warm. One guest said to us in conversation, "I don't get it, this place is a spa, it should be warm and comfortable, it's freezing, that's why I'm wearing this sweatshirt and not one of the (terrycloth) robes provided". The corridor on our floor was absolutely cold, there was no discernible heat, it really was a case of bringing the outdoors, inside. 3) The hotel staff were overall excellent in their own areas, however there was very little expression of esprit de corps which is de rigueur for five star establishments. 4) The appearance of some of the staff was not slovenly, but certainly under par. I can appreciate that the hotel is not of the cord and braided uniform variety, but management needs to pay more attention to the overall feeling they want to impart to guests. 5) The level of English among the staff does not befit a five star establishment, (it was not a problem for me as I am fluent in Hebrew). This is easily improved by providing some lessons which are geared to providing services to guests. 6) A final note. Prior to our visit I wrote to Isrotel's customer service e-mail, mentioning that we were coming to celebrate a special wedding anniversary, and some acknowledgment of this detail would make our stay more pleasurable. They responded that they would forward this to the hotel and that this would be attended to, conditions permitting. The hotel had a fair number of guests, but nothing that should have overtaxed the staff. Again, this is a minor detail, and I do not mention it to register a complaint, rather it is another indication that the General Manager is not affixing his eye sharply enough on the ball. So, four stars instead of five.
