Adamo the Village

We booked this hotel directly from the portal for 2nits for 4 ppl 2 rooms with all meal package that was biggest mistake Rooms basic no kettle no tea bags no toiletries. Breakfast Horrible not even a toaster for toast bread only 1 variety in non veg that too constant egg bhurji for two days when asked for an omelette he said it will be charged extra . Meals Lunch / Dinner Pathetic Specially Non Veg was horrible The so called FNB ***ager Rakesh Singh rudest ever and Hotel ***ger Parvez also the same Worst experience.

Good room , good property, good location but the biggest downside ***agement wrost so far I have seen ...they will wake you up 2 times in morning for breakfast infact it doesn't matter u wanna eat or not , 10 am a guy shows up yelling check out check out!!!!! ...like we need to get the he'll out of here infact having one more day of reservation and then u need to go sort out with the reception sayings u have to check out then realizes tht ohh sorry for the inconvenience worst food don't order either u get food in soya sauce , ketchup or oil flavor, don't ask for extra towel as they give only 2 if ask extra they say sorry we only give 2 wait till morning. Not recommended hotel ...save money get a cottage u ain't gonna stay in the room all the time so I forgot breakfast buffet don't have egg station or u cannot egg as they Sao only things at buffet allowed

I had visited this place ***** with my wife in the month of December 2022. The place is five minute apart from the main market. We had opted for all meals plan where the food satisfied our taste buds. The resort also organizes magic show like any other property in Matheran. We had also opted for the spa session which we could have avoided. The property has indoor pool as well and they also organize a DJ night on Saturday.

Donot stay in Adamo bcs staff was only interested to save their money,do not believe in Services and Customers need.They have very stringent policies regarding resturant, facilities and room services.

Do not stay in adamo... no response from ***ager and staff Please avoid all properties of adamo Matheran is beautiful place but spoiled our moments from great ***ager Please do not stay in adamo village in Matheran

The ***ager of this hotel is not responding to our problems . Staff was also behave rudely. Not responding to our requirements. Food was also not as per expectation.My room is not good despite of taking superdelux room. Also dressing table and mirror is not there in room. I talked with ***ger of the hotel but not responding to our problems.

Adamo the village it was awesome stay...with bigger n spacious rooms... location is perfect....best part is the supportive staff they have ....Mr. Parvez sir was helpful all ***ners...he is a awesome guy,total value for money comparing to others....

Hotel ***ager Parvesh behaves so badly that you feel a total wrong choice has been made by choosing Adamo village. He threatens you and you feel scared by the way you treats and threatens you .I would not recommend this place if such people are there to welcome guests . Otherwise place is good with good ambience facilities and other staff also behaved well so far . I am writing this review minutes after check in today ..

I sameer shaikh check in at 6th may & check out at 8th may.The ***ager do partiality with guest he treat us like a fool and other guest as a god Not even 15 minutes have passed till we checked in our room and we were told to shift our rooms just because we were 4 men's and the next room was a family room, if we done something uncomfortable then we would have switched the rooms but we did nothing as only 15 mins have passed in our checkin time. But still we did change our rooms regards we did nothing wrong but still after 2 hrs the ***ager named Parvez came and told us to change our rooms "AGAIN" he keep telling that the family guests are uncomfortable. again we were in our rooms and did nothing wrong after that they gave us deluxe room at late night. Later we found out that the guest that were complaining and the ***ager who kept us changing our room were friends and just because of few tips he get from that guest. We were there only for 2 days in which we wasted 1day in just changing our rooms. We would like if the Adamo Village would co****sate us for the trouble that the guest and ***ager parvez gave us!
