Very clean and tidy, better than domestic chains. The room is quite small in Japan. There are self-service machines that can check in and out in Chinese. There is a subway station at the door, and the transportation is convenient.

Toyoko Inn is often located near the station. I didn't actually use it, but when I tried it this time, it was very easy to use and clean, which was very good. The explanation of the front desk was polite and easy to understand, and the response of the female staff who prepared and cleaned the breakfast was very pleasant, and I was able to spend a pleasant time throughout my stay!

It was a middle day of three consecutive holidays, but it was quite vacant due to the influence of the new coronavirus, so I should have made it the cheapest type of room, but I was glad that it was upgraded to a room with a large bed. Su. The only disappointment was that soon after I entered the room, I entered the unit bath to use the toilet and it smelled strange. At first I thought it was caused by the water, but I didn't mind during the bath, and for the first time after taking a bath, I found out that the cause of the strange odor was from the bath towel. It's a so-called dry smell. There was no problem with ordinary towels ... The best thing was breakfast. It was said that the situation was different from usual because of the situation, but it should have taken more time than usual. The restaurant staff was very friendly and it was a memorable trip. It was my first time to use Sotetsu Fressain (I have used pocket hotels multiple times), but if I have the opportunity, I would like to use it including Fressain in other cities.

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. I ended up staying there at short notice, so I made a reservation on the day. There was a hot spring, lots of manga, and a food court, so I was able to stay comfortably. The next day, I took a morning bath from 6 to 9 am. You can borrow towels as many times as you like, and the loungewear is comfortable, so I'm very satisfied. Although the hotel was not fully booked, there were some people with large luggage, such as foreign backpackers. Large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so you have to leave it around.

Only 20 mins away from Narita Airport. A good option if you have a flight to catch the next day and you want to find a hotel that is value for money. The hotel is very clean with facilities such as an onsen and laundry. Aeon shopping mall is just 7 mins away. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed is very comfy. I would stay here again!

The sound insulation is terrible. To be honest, the environment and hygiene are not bad. The sound insulation is so poor that you can clearly hear the neighbor clearing his throat, as well as the sounds in the corridor. People with poor sleep quality must not choose... Then, every floor is mixed with men and women, but the washing area is the same. Personally, I feel a little embarrassed... If you don't mind, please feel free... Check out at 10 am. If you are late for an hour, it is 1,000 yen. It feels a bit early.
