最高のおもてなしでした。
最近の旅館は高級なので、素泊まりにしました。
素泊まりで1人1万円の旅館は無いと思います。
朝食を急遽付けて頂いたところ、1人3000円と言われ一瞬、え？と思いましたが、和であつらえた、個室でゆっくり落ち着いた朝食をとる事ができました。
川沿いでロケーションも良く、スタッフ皆様の対応も良くかったです。朝食会場のスタッフさんはエレベーターのお見送りもしてくださいました。本当に気持ちの良い旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

Very helpful staff. My special thanks to Miss Amy Tsang, the staff in the front office who offer me a great assistance.
But the hot spring bath is not accessible by lift. We need to go down the deep stairs to use it.

真的是非常不錯的一個酒店喔，本來對島根沒有抱什麼期待，但從在出雲機場降落開始，一路到酒店，遇到的都是非常熱情友好的人，大橋管的工作人員更是非常的熱情負責，酒店的設計和設施我可以說在我住過所有的日本酒店裡排名前三，設計明顯是非常用了心的，方便實用、不花裡胡哨，簡約大方，並且房間打掃的是真的很乾淨。酒店出來右手邊就是車站，交通也方便。前台接待人員不僅熱情、很耐心，還專門打印了中文版的酒店指南，感動，大好評！！！
