Clean and hygienic, with convenient transportation. The breakfast spread is generous, and after 8 PM, you can even choose complimentary noodles or ice cream. The front desk offers services like taxi booking. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. Matsumoto Castle is also within walking distance. The hotel offers complimentary ramen or ice cream in the evenings, and the room was great too.

Awesome stay. Room was spacious with lots of power outlets. Close to Matsumoto station and Castle. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended. Arigato Iroha!

The free ice cream every night was such a highlight for me! 😂 There are so many izakayas nearby, each with its own unique charm 🍻. The transportation is really convenient and easy to access 👍. Highly recommended!

Good location and facilities. No parking on premise -you need to park 5 minutes walk away. No water dispenser except the welcome drink machine at the lobby.

Booked a room here for 1 day just to explore matsumoto. this hotel was a pretty good distance to walk to the tourist attraction such as the matsumoto castle and nawate shopping street. loved that they offered free icecream or ramen between 8:00-10:00 pm. If you ever check out and you still have time before your bus leaves, you can also ask front desk to keep your luggage so you can be luggage free exploring. they were super kind and understanding with all the requests we had.

Convenient location. Short walk to everything. It is centrally located to the castle, Aeon mall and Matsumoto station. Surrounded by eateries. Shower water pressure is strong with adjustable temperature. Bed is slightly smaller than queen size but still good enough and comfortable. Room is quiet and clean.

Staffs are nice, location is incredible, there's free ramen/ice-cream provided after 8pm. No cleaning service during my stay but hey provided more towels for us (I stay for3 nights).

I think the fee we paid is over price but due to the long holiday. The staff is nice. The room is small. Yakiniku near the hotel was great. The town is very nice and have so many things to do

It's about a 6-7 minute walk from Matsumoto Station. The room was quite compact, but spotlessly clean.

This hotel rooms are pretty small. One of our toilet is a little bit smelly. The lighting seeing inside the room is pretty not friendly, they are pretty bright. Staff services super good, they got night time free ice cream or ramen at the dining area. Lots of amenities for you to self pick at the lobby and also free tea, coffee and water too! They provide a covered parking with 1200 yen for 18 hours
