Seriously, take a look at your AC vent filters – the amount of grime built up is shocking! It also makes me question if your air purifiers are even safe to use, and if their filters are replaced regularly. The bathroom trash can is comically small, almost like a subtle yet stern hint for guests not to generate too much waste. The breakfast was also terrible. I really disliked my stay here.

Great room size, cozy and has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Relatively clean, amenities are available at front desk, front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the vicinity and food options. Parking though is at 1200yen, and it's a mechanized lift style parking which could take some time to get to your car. Donki just across the street, castle was a short walk away. Overall no major complains, love it, would come back again anytime.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. Parking was convenient, and it was easy to get around; Matsumoto Castle was about a 15-minute walk away. There's a Don Quijote nearby, a breakfast buffet right next door, and plenty of dining options in the area. I highly recommend the ice cream shop (Manpuku) too!

The room was quite spacious. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and there was even a staff member helping with the elevator during peak hours. Everything was well-organized. There's a commercial street nearby with sushi and yakitori, and the hotel downstairs offers a good variety of simple meals.

The room size was just right, not too small, and quite suitable for children. Breakfast is served on the first floor and offers a good variety, with the fried chicken being particularly delicious. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the station, and there's a street with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Matsumoto Castle is a 10-minute walk away, and the art museum is a 15-minute walk. Everything at this chain hotel met standard expectations.

The hotel facilities are all very new, and overall, the room was quite spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Japanese cities. I chose a smoking room, but could barely smell any smoke. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. Matsumoto Castle isn't very big, so I chose to walk everywhere. I only took a taxi when going to Shinshu Airport. Matsumoto is beautiful, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Thank you very much!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Matsumoto Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's in a lively area but just far enough away not to be noisy. There's a popular cafe nearby; we went early the next morning to get a number. It's trendy but reasonably priced, and the coffee was really good. We stopped in Matsumoto briefly after hiking Kamikochi and before heading to Karuizawa. We'll definitely come back to properly experience this great place next time.

The room's location is excellent, very close to Matsumoto Station and the bus terminal. The room isn't brand new but it's very clean. Check-in is on the second floor, and all the toiletries you could need are provided, even cotton swabs and face masks. The hotel can help with luggage shipping; the front desk lady filled out the form for me, which was very thoughtful. There's also a good noodle shop nearby.

The hotel's location is convenient, quite close to the JR station, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is clean. My stay was comfortable, highly recommended!

love the location, walking distance to the shopping streets and also to matsumoto castle. the parking is automated, u basically drive ur car in n the operator will send the car up. wonder how many cars can it park as the hotel didn't ask us to reserve a car lot.

Very friendly staff. The original allocated room smelled funny and they were very prompt in getting our room changed without any fuss. We appreciated that as we were staying for 3 nights.

The hotel is very clean and located at the center of Matsumoto town. It’s right by the Nawate shopping street, only 350 meters away. The customer service was excellent. I felt very welcome and had a good to time. My room was pretty big and clean. I could see the sunset and city view from my room which was nice. There’s a private parking at the hotel. We paid ¥1,200 for a night. We parked at the hotel and walked to the shopping street. There’s a river along the walk that you could enjoy the view of the river with a background of mountains. It’s also cafe on the first floor where you can have buffet breakfast. I’d recommend if you come with a family of a baby, you should get a bigger room with a futon bed and non smoking. The price was affordable.

The location of this hotel is perfect with many good restaurants nearby. The reception has two staff who could speak English sufficiently to answer my questions about travelling to Komikochi. Everything about the service was great except for the house keeping who did not make up the room properly. They just left the stack of new towels on the bed and took the soiled ones. The stay came with buffet breakfast which had both western and Japanese food options. I will return to stay if I visit this area again.

We arrived quite late due to flight delayed and road trip uncertainties. However, the front desk still being proactive to ensure smoothness of check-in process. They also informed us about free parking around some spots. I would definitely come back when there’s chance.
