Matsumoto Hotel Kagetsu has retained its unique historical charm since its establishment in 1887 (Meiji 20). While maintaining the architectural style, we are also constantly making improvements to enhance the comfort of our guests. Regarding the design of the bathrooms and the size of the large public bath, due to structural limitations, we are unable to make major changes, but we will continue to optimize the existing facilities to provide a better experience. Regarding the shuttle bus from Matsumoto Station, we currently provide three shuttle services in the afternoon, which must be booked in advance. We apologize for not being able to meet your needs. However, we deeply regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. Regarding parking spaces, we have four hotel-only parking lots and cooperate with large parking lots, all of which are available for guests to use at 880 yen per night. However, certain time periods may be full, so we apologize for any inconvenience. In addition, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Matsumoto Station, but we provide a shuttle bus service by reservation. The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the national treasure Matsumoto Castle, the symbol of Matsumoto, allowing you to experience the city's history and culture in a leisurely stroll.
