Just stop by for 1 night on the way to Kamikochi. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with local food. Close to the train station.

The room and bathroom was clean and nice. We were driving but there were ample parking lots. We got the free welcome drinks, free ice cream, free chazuke and free morning coffee during our stay. We were able to see sunset from our room too. The public bath was clean too with all amenities provided, even with massage chairs. Totally enjoy our stay, the receptionist spoke good english too. very recommended.

I love staying here. Highly recommended for everyone seeking the hotel in Matsumoto. The hotel provides more things than I expected eg, welcome drink (including beer & highballs) public bath & tab, massage chair.

They gave us a perfect room for couples. Quiet, cozy, and clean. Breakfast was a highlight!!! The Japanese breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would definitely be happy to visit again.

The location a bit far from matsumoto station but overall are great ! Near convinience store, near restaurant and very close to bus terminal. The onsen is great and full amenities

Onsen is so good. Hotel probably needs to split breakfast time as when tourist groups come down for breakfast at the same time, it is not a pleasant scene.

A little bit of musty smell in the room. Beds were not that comfy. Compare to price, I expect something better. But nice location, walkable to Matsumoto Castle and close to many famous restaurant.

Great hotel with many gimmick and free night snack. We had a little problem with room smell and got solved right away. Great breakfast choices and many items are freshly made. Well organized. Will recommend this hotel.

Hotel is close to Bus Terminal, and walking distance to train station. There’s also Lawson just next to the hotel!

Overall, I was very satisfied. We arrived quite late, and surprisingly, the hotel offered congee as a late-night snack. It was light, refreshing, and not at all greasy, which made my stomach feel very comfortable. An adjacent building is currently undergoing renovation, so there was some noise during the day, but it was very quiet at night.

We have stayed as 2 couples. Here are our review: - The rooms were a bit small but still good enough for a 3D/2N stay. - The onsen was great and clean. After onsen, you should try to free massage chair. - There is a supply of towels daily, however some towels were slightly dirty. - There is an ulimited supply of pijamas and they are very confortable. - An evening drink and a morning coffee are inclusive, not the best tough. To sum up, we enjoyed our stay, it is only 5 mins walk from the main train station and rooms are good for 2 people.
