A peaceful and relaxing ryokan with delicious meals and a great location near the station. There was a slight tatami smell, and some dining staff spoke limited English, but overall, a lovely stay!

Lovely Kaiseki Ryōri. Good selection and very fresh, for both breakfast and dinner. Spacious room. Delectable sweets served in the room with hot tea, as with most ryokans. Very fast service. Well-stocked souvenir shop in terms of traditional sweets and their famous cakes at the same price as elsewhere. Onsen was clean and relatively spacious. Lovely garden too!

The facilities are amazing and the onsen was super clean the food was great as it can be! I would totally go back. I just hope they have options for travelers with dogs. Where they have beautiful garden to walk around and if dog was allowed the stay would be more efficient and comfortable. Amazing place!
