Amazing accommodation nearby key tourist sites and shopping areas in Matsuyama. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Okaido shotengai and 10 minutes to the ropeway/cable car station for Matsuyama Castle. Dogo Onsen is a 15-20 minute tram ride away. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and decently sized (by Japanese standards). The staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast is fantastic with many different options.

It's a bit further than other accommodations, but the Matsuyama Castle cable car station, a tourist attraction, wasn't far away, so I was able to walk there. Even though there were quite a few people on the street at night, the place was quiet, which was nice. The entire place was very clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable! All the staff were friendly★ The breakfast here is the best!!!!!! The variety and taste were amazing~! I love curry, and it was a must-try! 🤭 The drinks were also all-you-can-drink, which was really great. I traveled solo, and I had a great time. Oh, and one of my additional requests was to be far from the elevator, and they were right on target!

The location is a bit tricky, but if you're just looking to sleep, it's a great value. Luggage storage is available, and there's a convenience store right across the street. Breakfast was light and filling. I was a bit embarrassed because I forgot my charger, but a Korean staff member was there, so I was able to get some help. I had a great three-day, two-night stay.

I first saw a review and went there because it said Korean staff were working there, but it seems they've since quit. The bespectacled male staff member was friendly and helpful with a translation tool. The price was right, both the accommodations and breakfast were reasonable. The rooms... the 3rd and 4th floors are smoking areas, and the rest are non-smoking. Keep that in mind, though. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. It's so cheap that I think I could bring my parents. The shopping district is also a 5-10 minute walk away. Anyway, I was satisfied.
