The floor I stayed on didn't have an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs to get to my room. Some of the staff were really rude!

The breakfast buffet was good, but dinner was a bit lacking. For a city business hotel, I'd expect omelets, steaks, and a wider variety of homemade dishes at breakfast. Perhaps because the facilities are old, the curtains even had holes in them. The door lock also felt quite dated.

It's on a slope, but you can wait for the shuttle bus in front of the Starbucks at Dogo Onsen Station for only 60 yen. The hot springs are comfortable, and the buffet is also recommended, it even has arcade games. Highly recommend!
