The staff spoke fluent English. The overall quality was excellent, just that the room was a little smelly during my stay.

Good location, spacious room, easy check in n check out. Breakfast was sufficient. Tram and bus stops are outside the hotel so it is a very convenient location

不好的入住體驗 特意寫清楚不要走廊到頭的房間 到了酒店還是給了712到頭的u型房 房間規劃很不合理 每個u型處衹能放一件行李箱 所以打開箱子就沒有走路的空間了 電視機靠近床的過道很窄 小朋友要走過過道去冰箱取飲料 2次被電視機的木框敲到頭 哇哇大哭 老公會日語和酒店溝通好幾次 酒店態度很敷衍 都説沒有可以替換的房間 但我們卻看見還有比我們入住更晚的客人 最後衹能求助攜程 答應4天的房間 後面2天再幫忙調整 痛苦的就是換房間11點退房 要整理好行李放在大廳 3點以後才可以入住 進出過酒店酒店人員也沒有對孩子敲痛表示關心 無法理解為什麼會給帶孩子家庭這種房型 最後一張照片是換到911的房間 還是要感謝攜程小姐姐幫忙跟進和溝通 酒店完全就是差評！！

高速バスの乗り場や松山城から近く、とても便利な場所にありました。浴室やトイレ等とても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。コーヒーの無料サービスがあると期待していたのですが、6月で終了していたことだけが残念でした。朝食をいただいたのですが、美味しい上に食材の数が30品目以上と多く、驚きました。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって下さり、とても助かりました。この内容でこの値段ならとてもお得です！

오카이도 바로 옆이라 마츠야마에서는 움직이기 정말 좋았습니다. 특히 레일패스가 있으니 노면전차를 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다.
호텔은 아주 만족하고 혼자 투숙시 방이 넓어 좋았습니다. 화장실과 욕실은 별도이고 tv는 벽에 붙어 있어 hdmi연결이 불가능하니 참고 하세요.
