前台完全不能溝通，體驗非常失望。而且木造的設施 都會有發霉的現象。所以在房間並沒有真正做到溫泉體驗，這點是非常可惜。本來是特意過來享受酒店。

スタッフの対応、食事は豪華でとてもいいのですが清掃が隅々まで行き届いてない
室内エアコンがベットにダイレクトにあたり寒い
ホテルの写真がかなり前の写真と思われます。
これはリブマックス経営方針の問題も有るとは思いますが室内風呂は黒ずんだりしてとても入る気にはなれませんでした。期待してた分ガッカリでした。
