It’s located at Okaido Station—a well-kept, clean, and well-maintained hotel. The room size is typical for Japanese standards. It’s within walking distance to the Matsuyama Castle chairlift/gondola, with plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby, especially along the arcade street.

Near a tram stop, take the tram to Dogo Onsen for a bath.
Also near the Matsuyama Castle, take the cable car up to the mountain
