The self-service check-in and check-out were pretty convenient and friendly. The hotel is located around the central location of the city, making it super convenient to travel around and enjoy the city's view and tourist sites.

In addition to the convenient location and complete facilities, the staff were friendly and the rooms were consistently clean, making it a safe and secure stay. The price, including breakfast, was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. However, perhaps due to the fact that I stayed here at the end of the year, I was surprised to see a long line of guests already waiting when I arrived for breakfast at 6:30. This would be inconvenient for those short on time, and the limited seating capacity was particularly unpleasant for families, making it difficult for me to enjoy a leisurely meal. Considering the demands of guests, I wish they would have served breakfast 30 minutes earlier.

This time I stayed here, and it's wonderful that I was able to come across it.

I arrived earlier than check-in time, but the two men at the reception desk were kind enough to let me check in in advance and store my luggage for me. The location was close to Matsuyama Castle and Dogo Onsen, and it was easy to get around by tram, so it was very convenient. I was alone, but I had a comfortable semi-double room. The breakfast was thoughtful, with vinegar drinks and curry.

It's convenient for transportation and is great for solo travelers.

The location of the accommodation was convenient, a 5-10 minute walk from the bustling Okaido area. Breakfast, while limited in selection, was decent. However, the shops on Okaido Street close earlier than expected (they close around 7-8 PM). If you're looking for dinner, it's best to arrive early.

When I checked in, they kindly showed me how to operate the panel, which was very helpful for those who were unfamiliar with it. The greeting at breakfast was also nice.

Parking is available in the multi-story parking garage to the right of the main building, and an attendant guided me there. The receptionist was also kind and polite. They recommended I become a member, so I did. The room was very clean. It was a smoking room, but that didn't bother me too much. I had a very pleasant stay.

The cost-effectiveness is not bad.

The service is friendly and the food is good. It would be better to reduce the cost. The transportation is convenient and it is very suitable for independent travelers.

The staff was very friendly, it was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was delicious and great! However, please note that there may not be seats available during peak hours for breakfast!

The scenic spots such as Dogogo Onsen and Matsuyama Castle are very close. The tram is very convenient. This trip was very pleasant. I also went to Shimanami Kaido to ride a bicycle. This is a world-class cycling attraction. I highly recommend going there once in a lifetime.
