Situated about five minutes from the beach by car, this beautiful guesthouse at the bottom of a mountain offers great service and hospitality, in a tranquil atmosphere. The parking is secure, the place is very clean with a tasteful and rustic interior design . Daily housekeeping is provided and a good and sufficient continental breakfast is also served daily. The well equipped gym caters for all types. Above all, the host Robin, is so approachable and friendly, and my husband and I enjoyed chatting with him at breakfast . The employees are always ready to assist and welcome you with a smile. Alain and I thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we recommend this residence without any hesitation.

Very disappointing experience. What we expected from the pictures online is not what we got when getting there. - Pool is wide but they need to clean it more frequently. There were dead insects floating in the pool. Even the lounge chairs by the pool were dirty. - There is a games room for dart and snooker. Although we enjoyed playing these games, that room was very neglected. There were dead wasps on the floor and the floor was really dusty. Even the curtains looked like they have never been washed. - Tennis court - Bear in mind that you have to bring your own rackets and balls to be able to play at the tennis court. Tennis court also looks like it hasn’t been maintained at all. - Room - Although the room was quite spacious with your own veranda, the floor was also very dusty, we couldn’t even walk bare feet in the room because that’s how dusty it was. -Bathroom - The bathroom still had a piece of soap from the previous guests. Toilet paper was not replaced and we had to replace it ourselves with the toilet paper from the stall. This shows that the rooms are not cleaned regularly. Overall, it seems like hygiene/cleanliness is being neglected. It’s a shame since this is a beautiful guest house (not sure why it’s categorised as a 4* hotel though) and looks really cosy but cleanliness is a big ZERO. Everything is covered in dust, broken items haven’t been replaced.
