Ocean's Creek Beach Hotel

Very bad experience, I booked a hotel for 5 nights, and then I arrived late on the first night and didn't check the room carefully. I left early the next day and didn't check it carefully. When I came back the next night, I saw a lot of ants in the room. I simply dealt with it myself. When I left early on the third day, I asked the hotel to clean it, but there were still a lot of ants. I asked them to clean it again on the fourth day and called the front desk. I came back in the afternoon and told the front desk to deal with it. After they sprayed it with insecticide spray, it didn't help. My ears were allergic because of the ants, so I decided to check out a day early and checked out before 11 o'clock. As a result, I was told that the room fee for the last day could not be refunded. They said they would change me to another room and let me experience it again. They also shirked their responsibilities, saying that I brought food in the room. After communicating with Ctrip many times, it still couldn't be resolved. They refused to refund. Don't stay here
