Our villa was sensational, everything about it was perfect. The Le Telfair resort is really beautiful and every time we walked through reception to the view over the pool and restaurants we were all blown away with the beauty. The Cavendish bar has the best atmosphere and cocktails and we wish we had used it more. Awali resort has a fantastic entrance and the bar area has a nice feeling to it but overall we felt more at home at Le Telfair. The 2 golf courses are beautiful and the staff at both are excellent. O'Grill at Le Chateau course has lovely food and cocktails. La Reserve course serves great food and is in a stunning location. The course is the best I have ever played. Le Chateau restaurant is a cut above everything else for service, elegance, food and wine options. The reasons the resort does not get 5* are: The food at the various restaurants was often cold and under-seasoned. Every resort restaurant at Le Telfair and Awali varied in quality for food and even mixed drinks quality from meal to meal. This was disappointing at such an elite resort. The other negative was that we took the top All Inclusive package for the Villa - Gourmet Bliss. This must be a new concept for the villas and we had bill issues 80% of the time with strange exclusions that made no sense. We had to spend time at checkout going through everything and were told that the "supplement items" were actually charged at full price and received no discount for having Gourmet Bliss. This could easily be; and should be; a world class resort and the villa concept feels top class but it is let down by inconsistent food quality and staff training of the drinks offer plus the All Inclusive package has wrinkles that need to be ironed out.

The villas are superbly decorated & serviced & have all the amenities of any modern home. The beauty of this experience is that you also have access to two world class hotels with restaurants with amazing cuisine. All the beach experiences coupled with the 2 awesome golf courses provides a superb experience not easily replicated anywhere in the world.

We had an amazing time! The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We really enjoyed the food and the overall atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone visiting this area!

We had a fantastic vacation at Heritage Villas in Mauritius. We stayed there for 10 days, and the villa was very clean, well maintained, and in good condition. All the staff were amazing, friendly, and always helpful. A special thank you to everyone at the villa reception and housekeeping team for making our stay so comfortable. During our stay we also chose to get married at Château Bel Ombre in the garden, and it was absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Stephanie Henriette, our wedding planner, who was truly amazing. She was always helpful, kind, and professional, and she made sure all our wishes came true. She really made the entire experience unforgettable for us. She helped us from finding the perfect spot, decorations, paperwork’s to our private dinning at the villa on that day. Overall we can really recommend a stay at the Heritage villas if you want a relaxing and stress free vacation in beautiful surroundings and plenty of activities.
