Magnificent villa, top-notch services and welcome! From the moment we walked through the doors of this lavish villa, we were greeted with luxury and refinement that exceeded all our expectations. Every detail seemed to have been carefully thought out to create an atmosphere of pure bliss. The spacious and elegantly decorated rooms were a true haven, offering breathtaking views of the sparkling swimming pool. The impeccable service from the staff added an extraordinary touch to our stay. The professionalism and kindness of the team made every moment even more precious. Each request was handled with remarkable speed and efficiency.

We stayed 5 days at Oasis villa 2, magnificent places, magnificent villa, we loved the swimming pool and the breakfast on time, I would like to thank Mrs. Sham and all the service at Oasis villa, you managed well and I recommend 100% thank you very much and see you soon 🥰 from Mr&Mrs Nacer ♥️

Horrible. Poorly maintained old villa. A staff that has absolutely nothing to shake your comfort. 4 stars supposedly… Leaking air conditioning, broken pool light, cloudy water, smell of drain lift, broken toaster, broken safe, broken shutters, humidity in the bathroom… It’s shameful to pay this price and to have this kind of service. Ashamed !

Honeymoon that ended in nightmares Avoid absolutely !!! Very far from a 4 star resort. I'll tell you why: We're on our honeymoon, we arrive in villa number 30, we've come across the oldest one, I think... it's absolutely not like the pictures!! It's a bit old, poorly maintained: • broken pool light, the cleaners didn't even know where they were, it was the cleaning lady who taught him. •Shutter of the villa partially broken, no remote control or a semi-existing one that works 1 time out of 10 •No bathrobe (4 stars we said huh) •no veiling on the huts outside as in the photos (misleading advertising) •No basic condiments •HUMIDITY in the bathroom •safe that works only with a key and on the other villa that does not work at all •concierge service not available all the time MARCUS UNE HORROR After all these problems we were offered to change villa after I don't know how many messages and complaints, we were offered another villa; we go to villa 27, it had just been cleaned and patched up. The painting had actually just been done, it is true that it is less old than the first one, but: •TRUNK broken and no key was given to us, we were never answered when we told us about it…we always take our valuables with us SUPER • broken shower.. the jet is aimed at the wall great for showering •smell of coming up in the kitchen •Air conditioning which leaked so not functional •internet which stops after 4 days •water which is not water … photos to support Concierge 000000 a manager who has nothing to wax Mr. Yudhish Soobhug no professionalism, he answered us once and nothing after. Marcus who supposedly took care of us 00000000 a horror their service they put Maurice to shame. It was horrible… so if you are used to rubbing shoulders with 4 stars and + with the real service that goes with it, you will be disgusted!!! If you are not used to a nice and real service you will be very happy.

Very quiet, safe, comfortable villa but very aging and in need of a good refresh. Severe lack of crockery equipment for me who wanted to prepare breakfast: 3 forks for 4, only 5 plates, no salt, pepper or oil, 3 napkins of questionable hygiene for 4, a small bottle of water in a fridge which only makes frost...at the price of the rental, we shouldn't worry about these kinds of details...being a tourism professional myself, my villas, although smaller, are good better equipped and cleaned than this one. The swimming pool is at room temperature because it is not exposed to the sun, just look at the grass which does not grow in a poor and dirty garden with waste, and a kiosk with holes in it with a mattress marbled with a large black spot ... Very poor quality/price ratio. I absolutely do not recommend. Run away.

Very good stay. Very well equipped villa (very complete crockery, household appliances, washing machine, etc.). The residence is very quiet. The Balinese style offers a real change of scenery. Very good cleaning service provided by charming ladies, smiling and very flexible regarding their intervention schedule. Very large parking lot. It is really recommended to have a car on site or to hire a taxi because the residence is quite far from local shops. By car the location is very convenient because 2 minutes from the Super U of Grand Baie and the Croisette. Breakfast is complete but be careful it is not served on Sunday morning. The only downside was that we reported several times that the key to the garden door remained stuck in the lock and made it impossible to close from the outside, but no one remedied this problem during our stay. Very good stay, we will return with great pleasure

We found the villa not quite justified in terms of value for money. If you play in this 5* price range, everything has to be right. With us, everything went wrong from the booking in 2020 via Villa-Finders. Our trip was canceled due to Covid, but they didn’t want to refund us the money, instead we received a 2-year voucher, which was definitely tight due to Corona, Mauritius was tight for almost a year and a trip to that effect was not possible. Arrived at the villa, we were sent to the wrong address, there are Oasis 1 and 2. A bit apart from each other. We were received very friendly, the process was explained to us, when the housemaid, the gardener and the pool boy came. A bail of Rs 20,000 had to be paid. I was asked to sign a note on the inventory of the villa, small print and without an employee going through everything with me.... When everyone had left, we took a closer look at the villa and noticed the first defects. The save was completely defective, the door of the villa could not be locked and the dishwasher was also defective. In addition, the WiFi didn't work at all... The door was repaired first, but the WiFi remained bad, basically the reception in the villa is also bad with LTE. Two days later there was a new dishwasher. The save remained defective. Such defects are not acceptable in this price range, the staff should have checked everything in advance. Unfortunately, nobody told us that when the pool boy comes, you shouldn't use the pool for 3 hours. If you're not in the villa that day, you don't know when the pool boy was there... And then our 2.5-year-old son had an allergic reaction. The pool boy told us that on the last day, great. In addition, he only really cleaned up the dirt that day, the maid had personally taken care of it. Kudos also to the maid, she was very professional, friendly and reliable. I would book the villa again just because of her. What also bothered me was that before Corona, breakfast was included and this was deleted, or that it costs 8 € pp additionally. We also had to buy toilet paper (2 rolls were provided) ourselves. I found that a bit ridiculous... Nevertheless, we had a good time in the accommodation, felt comfortable and it looks as beautiful as in the pictures. Access to the "la Plage" beach club is also good, but reserve a lounger here in good time (if you want shade).
