I booked for the location and the big pool and those were the highlights. The public areas are attractive, there’s a covered lounge, and the bay is nicely sheltered from the wind. We stayed in winter and the weather was comfortably mild. Everything else felt geared toward private residences/second homes rather than holiday guests. Check-in was poor: security handed me the keys and pointed to the door, no welcome, no orientation to the apartment or complex facilities. On arrival, rags were drying around the garden, and our linens were left on an outdoor rack; we were told to keep them there until the next day. The sink drain later started leaking and no help or apology was offered. The contact person was unresponsive - messages and requests went unanswered. Maintenance is overdue. Appliances are dated: the oven element was hanging and the cooker-hood grease filter was coming loose. Given these issues, the “Luxury” label is, in my experience, misleading.
