This hotel boasts a vast area, complete with two golf courses and stunning sea views. The staff are friendly and numerous. The laundry service offers excellent value for money; for just 3000 Mauritian Rupees, you get unlimited washes in one go, regardless of how many items you send – a very reasonable price for a five-star hotel. The buffet dinner is highly recommended, offering a wide variety of dishes. Food is categorized by region, with Indian, Italian, and Asian cuisines, among others. A notable feature is that cold items like salads, desserts, and cheeses are stored separately in a refrigerated room, ensuring their freshness. The Coco Banana Boost Mojito at the bar is definitely worth trying. The spa prices are also quite affordable; a 90-minute essential oil massage costs around 5000 Rupees, which is very good value for a hotel. After check-out, you can still relax in the hotel lounge, which provides complimentary water and biscuits, along with restrooms and showers, making the overall experience very comfortable. In summary, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hygiene conditions were truly disappointing: the room was dusty everywhere, and what was most unacceptable was the obviously unclean pillow. Despite repeated communication with the hotel, they kept shirking responsibility, and even with multiple interventions from Ctrip, the issue remained unresolved. Ultimately, we were forced to sit at the front desk until 10:40 PM before the hotel grudgingly prepared a room for us to check into. In the following days, the hotel refused our requests for early check-out using various excuses. What was even more outrageous was that one morning, the cleaning staff entered our room without knocking, leading to an extremely awkward situation. Overall, the check-in experience was terrible, and the service quality fell far short of basic standards.

The room faces the sea with beautiful views, but the facilities are just average.

Our oceanfront room was right by the sea. Many of the restaurants required reservations. The views were beautiful.
