Very nice hotel, with incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. The suite with the heated pool was perfect. However, the location isn't ideal – there's not much around, and while the beach is well-maintained, it's unfortunately hard to access and offers views of cargo ships offshore. Luckily, the hotel pool is beautiful. It's a shame, in a different location, this could easily be a 5/5.

An excellent stay, marred by a disappointing incident. Beautiful setting, attentive staff, impeccable service. We were so charmed that we wanted to extend our stay. That's where things got complicated: due to a date error, the manager asked us to immediately cancel the reservation on this platform. The cancellation was confirmed to us on-site by the platform and the hotel staff, only to be refused the next day, with no refund from the hotel. A regrettable incident, all the more surprising from an establishment of this quality. We hope for a swift resolution and will update this review accordingly.

I would recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly attentive, which is really pleasant. I spent a week in a room with a private pool, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel restaurant is very good, and the breakfast is super comprehensive with plenty of choices. The spa is also very good. It's a shame the gym isn't more visible, though.
