The room was very clean. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was also amazing with the hot waffle maker. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more friendly. They did their job, but just a little more on the customer service side and being more greeting and welcoming would’ve been nice… Otherwise the place was great!

The room was very nice and clean. We used the shuttle to the airport and it left on time. The driver was a joy to talk to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Since we left at 4am we weren't able to have breakfast.

Hotel is average. Management are LIARS. Avoid this hotel and stay at nearby hotels. Due to predicted snowstorms, at check in, asked manager if would be charged if I checked out a day early. Manager said hotel would not charge me. Checked out a day early at 9am and manager reassured me I would not be charged for the second night and to inform ******* of the details. On my behalf, ******* contacted hotel and hotel said I would be charged for second night. Management are LIARS.
