they said breakfast included but we never get any breakfast hotel is clean but was bad customer service a guy checked out by screen. i will recommend because is clean but not good customer service

The staff were horrible. Rude and disrespectful. They lied to us about having available long term parking for flying at KC airport. The rooms were disgusting. The pool was nasty. It is an extremely unprofessional business. They do their business through a kiosk of an Indian guy that is unprofessional.

Offered the basics as expected. We had a quiet room with comfortable beds. We questioned how clean the room was due to finding personal effects from previous tenant left in the bathroom. Reservation was for four people but only provided with two sets of towels.

It was a hotel. The bathroom had a bunch of rust, but was clean. Bunch of **** smell in the halls and other areas but room itself was nice!

the staff were really nice and helpful. none of the staff were rude whatsoever. the hotel room was not dirty in any type of way. it was a great stay.

Upon arrival, it appeared they are understaffed. There was a note at the counter stating they went to the airport, and would be back shortly. Each person we encountered behind the counter had no personality. There was a side door to go outside to take our dogs to go to the bathroom. The door would not work from the inside, so we had to go out through the lobby, then around to the side. The free breakfast was terrible coffee,, bananas, yogurt, and oatmeal packets, nothing else. We had two rooms, and found roaches in both rooms. There is a metal base around the bed that sounded like a gong everytime you get in and out of the bed. Water stains in the ceiling. I personally would not recommend this place.
