Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland East/Mayfield Village

Was a good hotel but a little bit far and they do not have a bar open on the nights for dinner

Love it

All of the amenities in the hotel were closed do to a broken pipe in the hallway that leads to them. We were not informed of this ahead of time. Also once checked in and we got settled in our room and went to get a shower we found out that there was no hot water in the hotel. Went and talked to front desk about it and there only response was they know.

Came for a weekend no hot water!! No amenities were available. Was told I could check out and go somewhere else

Hotel was great, staff was very friendly but when we were there the pool and hot tub were out of service due to a flood. Still not available when we checked out.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean when we arrived, they did mention if you wanted room service that you’d need to let them know the night before. Breakfast was nice- they had a menu with a few options to choose from, and they also offered a “made to order” type of breakfast as well. They were doing maintenance work so the hallway wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing thing to look at, but overall great hotel! Really close to the zoo, hall of fame and other areas!

There was no hot water we couldn’t even shower, pool not in service, key didn’t work. I’d appreciate an email back about this considering we had an event to be at and had to go elsewhere to shower but still paid full price for our stay.

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bar/restaurant closes early, so we couldn’t utilize it. Pool/gym was also closed for renovations. Bathroom was clean but missing attention to detail and/or requiring maintenance. Faucet handles backwards, shower faucet needs replaced, grout needs work.

The breakfast was cooked to order , free with voucher, but had to sign a tab and expected to tip. parking was ok. all of the first floor was under construction. pool and hot tub were closed
