Was a good hotel but a little bit far and they do not have a bar open on the nights for dinner

The shower in the room didn’t work and the staff informed me there is nothing they could do about it- The hot tub no longer works and the elevator was broken definitely not worth the cost to stay there

None of the fitness center equipment was functional. The hot tub (spa) was broken, empty, and had yellow cones around it. The pool appeared dirty. The hotel was so run down we elected not to take a chance on the bar or restaurant. Carpets were so work they were frayed in some areas. Definitely will never return.

Checked in. Entered room & it smelled of stale sweat. Went to front desk & gentlemen told me he could upgrade me to a junior suite but it would cost $50 more for upgrade.Tv remote in room did not work. Buttons on tv would not work for power on/off. Specifically search hotel with hot tub on line. Front desk stated theirs has been out of service for some time. Breakfast was served cold. Coffee lukewarm. Not the best stay i have had. We made the best of the situation but for almost $200 a night, more than a little disappointing.

The staff was great they get 5 stars my problem is with ******* i chose the hotel based off the pictures they have on the site. And when i arrived it was nothing like the pictures and this is my first anniversary of marriage so this was a special occasion. I will probably never use this site again.

The staff is very friendly. There is a restaurant and bar open for breakfast and dinner. Over all the hotel is pretty nice. I did not give a five-star rating only because there are a few minor things that could be improved such as the carpet could use a little care. The hot tub was closed and the pool appears to be dirty but that is only because the bottom of the pool needs to be resurfaced. All in all pretty good place. Housekeeping could step it up a little. The end tables were a little sticky when we got there.

It was very disappointing to wake up the first morning and learn there would be no breakfast.

The hotel was fine, but the washroom need some fixing and one of the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep
