Very bad... A total robbery. They removed my stored things, having my own double room. I even put my own lock every time I went out. They manipulated it so they could rob me. They are people from the same hostel who are used to it since we all left Tours and only they stayed. It's supposed to be like a family or something... Terrible, not recommended, don't go with family, bad experience. The tour places were nice, but the hostel had terrible service. They steal all the time, even on my tour there were two ladies who stole his cell phone

My friends stayed at this lodge for 3 nights based on trip advisor comments and references from an operator, but on the last day of their stay at the hotel, when they left on a tour and returned after lunch, they were surprised that their i phone 14 pro, Go pro 8 hero black, a pair of apple headphones, and s/400 in cash, I mean, imagine arriving and not seeing your belongings, they managed to go to the lodge manager and he told them that they were confused, that The night before they had been drunk, they had gone with a foreigner, they did not give support or even had the intention of wanting to help them, in any way, the worst thing was that they put mouth to mouth, which speaks badly of them, do not stay in this unsafe hotel. Bad, very bad experience.

Mi amiga sufrió el robo de sus pertenencias en el lodge mientras almorzaba y ante su reclamo solo atinaron a difamarla y no brindar la ayuda y explicaciones necesarias para esclarecer el tema. Muy mala experiencia.

Pésimo trato, nos robaron un iPhone 13 audífonos Xiaomi, gopro y dinero en efectivo. El encargado el “Señor Rafael “ una persona falsa que difama tengan mucho cuidado!!! No se hacen responsable y nada profesionales peor aún discriminadores e inventan cualquier cosa para deslig**** de responsabilidad!! Un maltrato al turista.

Los visité en plena pandemia cumpliendo con todos los protocolos y sobre pasó mi expectactiva. El lugar es mágico, su gente y nada que decir de la comida. Si quieren comer rico y disfrutar de un excelente guía este es el lugar. Despertar con el ruido de la naturaleza y ver los colores del cielo te hacen creer que lo estás soñando. ¡No se arrepentirán de visitarlos!
