Very nice hotel and breakfast buffet !!! Nice location close the sea shore. Good service at lobby.

The location of the hotel is very good, however our room had a view of the city, in the area there are many bars that close late and our window did not close properly so the noise did not allow us to sleep until 4:00 am

Very good hotel, excellent service and location

I went in the somewhat low season in October and everything was wonderful, at reception and when they gave me the room super fast, everything was very clean and very attentive, the rooms are not the biggest but they are good🤝🏼

Generally, there is no sea view. The facilities are relatively simple and similar to the domestic Ibis grade

Property is nice our room the patio door didn’t close properly so was a bit noisy but overall a decent place to stay.

Hotel is nice , but the rooms need attention one the beds was missing one the legs so you can move to much , the shower overhead was broken or loose , the shaving mirror was broken or did not light up

Facility is clean, friendly staff, close to malecón and shopping areas. Only downside is hotel is right next door to a club and you can hear the music until 4-5 am making it difficult to sleep.

We had an amazing time at Mazatlan, the staff was amazing and made everything accessible and arranged every request we had, we received our rooms before expected so that was definitely a plus, we also had a little misshapen with the room cleaning service however got fixed right away, Agustin at the restaurant area prepared a drink for my wife that she loved unfortunately the next day was his day off, the next day the waiters went above and beyond to find out the recipe so must definitely kuddos to all the staff, the manager was super attentive and had that place working like clockwork. Eyes closed would definitely visit again!! Thank you everyone working over there!!!

First time staying here. Definitely happy with my stay. Will definitely book here again. Very clean and comfortable.

Hotel was nice but would benefit to have a hot tub because the pool was not heated and the beach was a bit cold at night. I would have liked a jacuzzi to soak and relaxed. Other than that it was a nice stay.
