This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

Although the exterior looks older than the photos, it seems to be the best value hotel in terms of location and price. It felt like an American hotel straight out of a movie, and it was fascinating to see the guest rooms on the first floor. We had a great time with friends. I think the breakfast was decent as well.
