La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham McAllen Convention Center

The room is big and really clean, lobby bar excellent with Good prices and variety, Breakfast the Best very complete the Hotel is very near from restaurants and stores to go shopping

Family night trip. Location was great and had a great variety of shopping and restaurants near. Room was cold, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was the best. Had such a variety and more than your other continental breakfast. Will def stay here for future trips

The staff was very helpful. I was there on business, so didn’t use water park or other amenities. Many families, all seemed to be enjoying their stay. It was quite loud, lots of running, but staff texted quiet hours and did what they could to minimize noise in the evening. Great for family vacation, I probably wouldn’t book again when traveling for business. The exterior entrance could be better maintained.

We were pleasantly surprised at the “extra” amenities offered at the McAllen La Quinta. Having stayed at innumerable La Q’s over the years we were delighted to find: bar open until 11, hot breakfast buffet (eggs& bacon, biscuits & gravy, wide variety, roomy dining area, varied mini market) and the room was roomy with lots of space for work area and clothing.

The only issue that we had was the room smelled kinda moldy. .maybe from cleaning the carpet or something.

Very friendly staff, the pool is big. The lobby area is very clean and open. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The rooms Smells to much like dogs and most importantly rooms walls are very thin. You can hear everything.
