Holiday Inn Express & Suites MCALLEN - MEDICAL CENTER AREA by IHG

Actually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

Booked a "SUITE" for 4 adults but they only provide 2 towels I guess it was cosider half for each person there was not even a welcome botle Water and the suite was NOT a suite it was just a room with double beds on my opinion too expensive for what it was.

Very clean, easy access, modern rooms. It could improve on the breakfast. We do recommend.

Good and perfect to rest and going to shop , there is near from the mall and principal stores

The location was central to our needs and the hotel itself was clean and pleasant. Great breakfasts!

Wish I could find a public purified water fountain to refill water bottle
