Hampton Inn & Suites McComb

The pool was closed for renovations which was not disclosed on ******* or the hotels website for this location. Had it been disclosed, we never would have stayed; however, due to booking same day, no refund was available. Very disappointing!!!

great staff. check-in/out clerks were extremely nice and helpful. "Breakfast lady" also extremely helpful

The room was spotless - although they were renovating, it was still a quiet stay, and there wasn't a mess with the renovations - the staff was amazing, a nd the breakfast was excellent - will stay here again every trip we make to McComb

The hotel was being renovated. If we knew this before reserving our room, we would have chosen another hotel. The employee at check-in was nice but seemed unprofessional. Our room was spacious and comfortable. However, two of the bath towels had stains on them.

There was considerable construction at the hotel. That’s understandable. But we could not log in to the WiFi even though I contacted the front desk. None of their recommendations worked. The main thing was, the National NCAA Football game was on and the channel didn’t work…ESPN? We were able to get 2nd rate ESPN 2, 3 or whatever with no audio commentary. That was disappointing!

Staff was great. Contractor doing renovation can keep parking lot area more clean. I wish the food quality for all hotels breakfast was better

The sower does not work for a disabled client. The shower head is immovable and anchored in one spot. The tub was slippery and no foot placement to absorb the motion of the feet. The toilet kept running. There was a chair with no back support.

easy parking, friendly staff, and great rooms

We liked that the checkin was quick and easy. The beds were a little harder then we liked.
