Quality Inn

Staff was excellent as usual , the issue however i had with my stay was the room.. I can tell i had a different housekeeper this time however I first noticed that she didn't check the fridge, there was beer leftover from the last customer also the microwave had steam in it and a smell of food as if it was just used. Then I noticed she didn't mop behind the trash can there was sticky stuff on the floor. She didn't refill the cups for the coffee or water, she didn't even change the lotion bottle as it was halfway gone on the sink by the soap and the tub wasn't clean either.. there was specks of dirt and stains on the shower wall. I love staying here i just recommend someone else clean my room for my next stay.

Ill start off by saying my room was very clean and comfy, the bed was sooo comfortable and I really enjoyed my time there to get away a bit. The staff was very friendly however the only issue I had was the wifi kept going in and out but overall i really enjoyed my time at quality inn !! If anyone is looking for a good clean hotel with free breakfast choose this one !! Im definitely coming back here soon ! Thanks for having me!!

Hotel stay was good. They just need to make sure they order their supplies for breakfast. They didn’t have the gravy for the biscuits as to our stay 4 weeks ago. He said they had to order gravy and the truck only comes twice a week. I suggested keeping a check on inventory. lol. I joked with him and said super wall mart was one exit away. Overall short great stay. Awesome staff and very accommodating along with checking on you to see if you are still coming. 🤗🤗🤗👍

The room was terrible i was to tired to complain about it but i was nasty and full of roaches and i paid 103 for this room

Nice place, but they should take tourists and party people in a different area from people that is there for work or business.

Clean room, friendly and professional staff, breakfast had good hot options, and although I don’t bring any pets, I do like the fact that it is pet friendly.

Could not stay there!! I ordered a non-smoking room and the only room they said was available when I arrived at nearly midnight was a smoking room!! They insisted on the fact that’s what I booked but would not give me a refund because I booked through *******. I had driven 4.5 hours with a 1.5 year old only to have to leave to find another hotel. Besides the lights wouldn’t come on in the room either. Terrible service. Will never book a quality inn again.

IT Wasn't The Best Are pleasant Stay The Room Could Of Been A Little Cleaner And Cleaner Towels some of the towels were left in the room had hair on them and the floor needed to be cleaned bathrooms tub mats needed to be clean they had hair on them and the bathroom floor had hair it was model around the basement of the tub and the running water smelled like chlorine and taste like it as well from the swimming pool and you can smell how strong it was and the ice machine had roaches where the ice come from and the people was on the top floor was making a lot of noise to where you couldn't sleep or watch tv and knocking the doors against the wall the icebox wasn't cool enough and the plugs on the lamps wouldn't charge the phones all the way so I had to put in the wall

The rooms was not so clean I went out and got cleaning supplies! The workers act like they couldn’t give us more towels the towels was not so clean .i had to leave back out and go buy towels. Those rooms need a deep clean The microwave was filthy and rusted and the inside of it. The app said check out time is 12 pm house cleaning comes knock on the door and tell us we was supposed to be out at 11am . I least my phone in he room i call to let them know I’m trying my phone they tell me it’s not there . When I’m looking at the location. Manager hangs up in my face twice . I’m two lhours awufrom there to go back in get my phone i see location moving then maybe 20 mins later I don’t see location anymore so I know the workers got my phone and erase it .
