Guests are expected to stay within the property lines, which will be discussed in the guidebook upon booking. We expect guests to be responsible considering all of the water features around, especially those with young children. Located just minutes from highway on ramps and the local airport, the protected location of the cabin provides tranquility and peace from the outside world. The cottage does include wifi, DirectTV cable, forced air heating, and all of the essentials needed for the ultimate escape here on the Redwood Coast.Guest accessGuests will have access to the cabin and the land that surrounds the cabin. The property is private, and the guests and those in their party will have access to the grounds surrounding the pond, beach access to the Mad River bank, and access to the picnic table and bluffs overlooking the pacific ocean. Guests will also have access to the locked garage where some supplies and the bbq will be stored during your stay.Other things to noteDue to the rural area surrounding the house, we were not able to get high speed internet, but we do have good wifi, with a download speed of 27 Mbps. We ask that you limit excessive use of streaming and other types of scenarios that may drain our 350 gb a month plan. We also do not guarantee free firewood during your stay.
