The room was large and there was a washroom in the bath and it was saved for the child deviation. The bus stop to Momin Valley Park is in front of the hotel entrance. The parking lot is a nearby three-dimensional parking lot, and there is a roof so it is not wet. It is very convenient in walking distance such as convenience stores and dining rooms. The hotel HP was full, but it was empty when I called.

A service and quality that can't be complained because there is only Ookura class, and the hotel is a sample that should be like this! My wife was impressed that I would like to come back again next year. If you pay the same price for Prince, this is definitely recommended even a little far away. It is rude quality to compare.

On the other hand, I didn't know where the equipment was too hidden to see, so I don't know where it was, so I think the staff should explain the basics when I arrived in the room. (There was no explanation) ➁ Facility Rooftop Spa costs an additional fee, but it is worth it. If it was sunny, Mt. Fuji could be seen, and I was very satisfied because it was a hot spring. ➂ Service Overall, the staff was nice to talk to me when I felt in trouble. Free drinks and bread are provided depending on the time of day, and you can take it back to your room. What was disappointing was the restaurant, and it was a big minus that it took a lot of time to serve. I wonder if it took more than ３０ minutes to provide the sashimi. I was surprised that the main came first for some reason. Breakfast was also served late, so late customers were crowded in the lobby. ④ＳＤＧｓ To be clear, this is ruining this hotel. ＳＤＧｓ I think it should be enlightened, but what this hotel is doing is clearly a cost reduction named ＳＤＧｓ. It is because guests stay at a high price hotel to experience the extraordinary feeling, and I think that the real pleasure of staying at a hotel is to enjoy the equipment and amenities that the hotel is particular about. Even so, this hotel stingy with a toothbrush. (One ５００ You can choose whether to buy a high bamboo toothbrush or bring it with you in the mystery of the yen) There are only the minimum amenities in the room. (In this price range, I think it's okay to enhance lotion and emulsion a little more. It's a lineup similar to a business hotel. Of course, it's of a reasonable quality ...) 　Stayed in Tachikawa for the first time in several years. I chose this hotel in a plan without being punished. I didn't expect much, but it was good because of it. The room feels like Nagaya in the Edo period. ３０４. However, the room was large and felt. It is negative that there is no ＢＳ. Overall old, the entrance is difficult to understand, and １ floor is a restaurant. ２ floor is the front desk. The room is in front of the elevator, the soundproofing is terrible in the corridor and outside. I just liked it, including the plan. The location is good from the station in about ３ minutes, and I think I will stay again as long as this price is.

I was worried about the outside noise in the room along the Koshu Highway. If you can make a request at the time of booking, it might be a good idea to request a room on the opposite side of the main road. The room was small but comfortable with a sofa. I used a laundromat, but when I opened the door of the laundromat, it was so hot that I started sweating. There is no window and you cannot stay in the room at the same time as you run into other guests. There are three washing machines (300 yen per use) and three dryers (100 yen per 30 minutes). There is also an ice machine here. It's narrow anyway. Cleaning is normal. To be honest, there were some things that bothered me. Amenities are in front of you when you get off the elevator, so bring what you need.

This is my first time using this hotel. There is a parking lot, but it seems that 3-number cars are not allowed, and there is no coin parking nearby with a maximum daily charge, so I had to walk a bit. It is very close to the station, so it might be good for people who use the station. Also, the air conditioning can only adjust the wind, so it was quite cold from night to morning, but it only blew out cold air, so I couldn't stay cold unless I was in bed. However, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Train station, convenience store, shopping mall in walking distance. Located in the middle of Tokyo and Mt Fuji. Stay here if you are looking for peace, stay out of the city crowd (especially Tokyo, Shinjuku area), but you have to sacrifice some travelling time. We had a chill and relax trip, and really had fun throughout our 8nights stay here. Hotel's receptionist can communicate well in English, but not to nearby shops/stores. No worries much cause simple English or google translate works well too in Japan. Hotel does provide self service laundry at 3rd floor (few hundred yens only to both wash & dry)

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.
