Thanksgiving 2024 Funky property with plenty of room for family of 5 adults; great location for us - close to airport, close to family, and overlooking peaceful lake (with use of kayaks). Enjoyed huge living area, great for hanging out.

Great place Property on the lake was a great option for our group of your women in town for large basketball tournament. Owner was very responsive to any questions and property was very spacious. We look forward to renting here again!

Family Vacation We all loved our five night stay at this lake house! There were beautiful views in a very safe environment. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved that we could all sit in the living room comfortably as a family (7 of us) and enjoyed watching March Madness on the large tv. We also enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table with a view of the beautiful dock and a sweet goose that seemed to swim near the property everyday. We named him “Goosie”. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the airport and downtown Charlotte. Finally sitting on the dock is like a little piece of Heaven. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Otis Family This property was lovely for our family. We experienced a leak in our home and was displaced for about 5 weeks. Ipe was so accommodating for our family during an extremely stressful time. I definitely recommend this property for a nice peaceful get away. We are actually looking forward to visiting the property again for a nice little getaway, under less stressful conditions!

Great little trip We enjoyed our time visiting this home and the host was extremely helpful. Plenty of bedrooms, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Unfortunately, the dock was broken and unusable when we visited and there was basically no other safe way to get in the water. Overall a great stay!
