The room was actually comfortable and very well-spaced from my meeting location. Although it wasn't spacious, I didn't think it was as spacious as it was stated in the info. However, I couldn't sleep on my last night because my bed suddenly shifted quite far from its original position. It gave me goosebumps.

Staying at this hotel was a nightmare. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable and incredibly uncomfortable. Trip.com, please be more selective with the accommodations you offer. If a property is this substandard, it shouldn't be listed. As a service provider, Trip.com needs to be more discerning. This isn't just about business; it's about customer comfort. The hotel was extremely dirty and completely unfit. I hope Trip.com removes this listing from its app until a thorough cross-check is done, as it only creates a bad precedent for customers. And to the hotel management, please take some pride in your property; it is truly unacceptable.
