The breakfast buffet just nice with the price. Will stay again next tim

Good location. Have many restaurants nearby also. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was provided. The food was normal but okay. Good view also.

Hotel is in good location. Staff service was good and the breakfast was good too. However I had a bad experience with their in-hotel massage service. At the end of the massage, she insisted that I tipped her and told me that the price on the flyer was the old price. When I asked what’s the new price, she couldnt answer me. She stood in the room and didn’t want to leave unless I tipped her, saying that the other hotels charge more expensive. I told her the price is already not that cheap. In the end, i gave her a small tip and she finally left. Other than this bad experience, the hotel is quite ok for stay.

Good location, near rumah makan tobona but unfortunately I saw a German cockroach in the toilet. I hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and pest control.

The breakfest is very basic. Nothing much to say. the staffs are friendly.

Request no corner room but they still give me corner room with view of air con… Luckily after complaining they changed for me a middle room..

It is a good hotel but needs to maintain its facilities. Food was good too. It says new normal but they are stuck at covid still with the barriers at the reception. Posters about covid are everywhere.

First of all .. they gave me smoking room even though they knows we have babies. Second I’ve complained about this luckily they handle it very well . And the chairs in the room has nail exposed and almost cut my finger. Such a this issue basically they can handle . Overall everything good .

overall the hotel was ok. Morning breakfast was quite amazing.
