Everything is Good, Just need renovation

Nice and friendly staffs…

The hotel boasts a fantastic swimming pool, although I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. Firstly, the water pressure in the hotel was disappointingly low, making showering a bit of a challenge. The linens were noticeably old and in need of replacement. I also encountered an issue with ants in my room and the toilet, which was quite unsettling.

Nice place to staycation with friend, families and couple.

The reception gave me the old room which 20 years back I stayed at the same room. The bathroom sink .... water cannot flow properly and this hotel we can put in the list of 3 star hotel. I would not stay in this hotel.

First, they gave me room that is not like I put in my note. The first room was so hot and I got to be moved to other room in high floor. The AC was working and everything was fine, except the closet doesn’t have bidet and the hot water is not working.

Our 6 nites stay was comfortable due to hardworking cleaner like Ibu Rosmalia. Buffet breakfast was enough but there was no AC at breakfast area. I was dripping in sweat. Please improve your AC. AC in room also felt like 28C eventhough it stated 16C. I also would like to comment - why you have to charge Grab for IDR 5K just to pick up/drop in their customer? ☹️☹️ Grab drivers said Dantob is the ONLY hotel in medan that charge them..even 5 stars hotel like Marriot or Adimulia dont charge them. Customer is the one that needs to pay the fee. Imagine if my family go out and in 3X a day...that would be 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 days = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

Best economic hotel. Large swimming pool. Good for family. Best location

This is very old hotel, all the hardware and infra are aging, can see the trait of 80'. Nothing much, this is not 4 star that you have in mind, it might be 4 star in 80' and 90'

It is horrible! Everywhere smoking, we booked nonsmoking rooms, they don’t have any! Bathroom and rooms old and dirty, reception unfriendly. Breakfast ok for local food, not many options for Europeans. We had better breakfast in small homestays. Swimmingpool only with clothes! Don‘t book it!

They ask me to deposit 200k idr its so weird. I never got hotel like this, even they give back my deposit. Breakfast food not good, the worst i have since holiday

The hotel is average as I've written before, but considering price still ok. And I ended up staying there twice
