NEW HOTEL GENTALA

It's very near the city centre, I like it. Because it has hot water to have a bath 🚿.And the room is clean and nice,waiters and waitress are very friendly.i think it's your choice to choose the hotel 🏨

Wifi signal no good when you stay 3rd floor and no slipper provide. No refill drinking water every day

Polite reception But my room cannot connect Wi-Fi …(the price i paid should already be included) Will be better if notify customer to pay cash deposit beforehand to prevent any inconvenience 😅 The room needs some repair, such as the door of the shower room… The price is acceptable

Smoking everywhere ,,,, not good for non smokers.

The stay was okay overall, but the experience felt bleak and impersonal. The room was acceptable and served its basic purpose, but there was very little atmosphere or warmth. What stood out most was the lack of customer support online — it was difficult to get help or answers before and during the stay, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. It works if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect much support or engagement beyond that.
