Great ambiance, in a quiet location. Friendly staff and clean room.

I recently stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Medan and was truly impressed by the experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional—every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist, whether it was at check-in, concierge, or housekeeping. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, with a fantastic view of the city skyline. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with high-quality amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus. The facilities were top-notch—I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool on the upper floor, which offers an incredible panoramic view of Medan. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean. Food-wise, I was blown away by the breakfast buffet at Marriott Café. A wide variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. Overall, JW Marriott Medan exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service, this is the place to be.

First time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station. Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.

Nice hotel in good location, room is clean and nice. Just hotel lobby a bit crowded due to KTV is located in second floor. Overall is good

Wonderful stay – peaceful and comfortable We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

The service was good, one highlight to afternoon staff, when I approach the counter for check in, there is one one man came to reception in the middle of my registration and asking about the room availability, I expect the staff will say, can I get back to you? let me handle her first, but instead he check the room availability on the different system beside mine. At last he handled me. He might be only make sure that there is room vacant, but you can only focus on who come first and then you can move on to another, after all its accor brand. Overall experience the room is clean, the bathroom very god and clean. Will be back for sure

Very friendly staff. Basic but clean room with firm mattresses.

𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗟 World class hotel. An opulent hotel experience. The room was very clean, quiet and peaceful with a nice view. The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. This became my to go place in Medan really convenient cool place good breakfast, free wifi , spacious large rooms I would recommend

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.
