This hotel is a scam. They charge $100 for a visitor coming for only 30 minutes which is more than double than the price for a one night stay. Plus they want me to pay insurance for that visitor who came for thirty minutes for the whole stay that I was there. It’s useless to argue with them because they will not honor your argument. I was so furious but I know karma will strike their business for scamming people. The phone in the room does not work. The sink overflows. There were cockroaches coming out of the sewer. The reception staff were arrogant and mean. The breakfast is limited and not even stellar. It was a total mess. Haist! Don’t book in this hotel.

Great hotel, modern, clean... Breakfast is reasonable if a little small, you order from a set menu. This place would be perfect if it wasn't beside a busy road. I had asked to be in a quiet room and if street side was this noisy the other side must be really bad.

Our room was small but efficiently furnished and clean. The air-conditioning was nice and the coffee was delicious. We enjoyed breakfast in the rooftop cafe each morning, and used the nearby Line 0 and Line 1 buses to reach the Metro easily. We found wonderful pizza at nearby Filipo, and good Italian at Vibras. The Los Molinos Mall was only two blocks away. We would definitely come here again.

My stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. It is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and the staff always makes you feel welcoming and always ready to help. Room is very spotless & cozy. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for great service, and comfort!

Breakfast is ala carte and included. Room is beautiful Staff very helpful and professional Los molinos mall 2 min away and some local bar around. We felt safe walking around

Check in was fast, all the employees were very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was very good too.

Very nice and clean property, good location, a bit far from the main atractions.

This was a very noisy and unpleasant location ! The "city view" described was really just NOISE - from a rowdy bar, endless motorcycle traffic lasting almost all night long. There is obviously no soundproofing of walls and windows. Unhoused people were sleeping on the sidewalks nearby. A major police takedown happened just across the street. It is not a pleasant area for tourists with limited amenities. In the morning,after a very rough night, we were unable to get warm water for our showers. We left this hotel early ( forfeiting two nights pre-paid).
