Laureles Selection Suites

Despite nice hotel almost a brand new... Rooms windows are not soundproof and 24/7 outside car/moto noise in the room you heard😏 The matters is huge but uncomfortable l, may face sleepless days. l recommend atfer your checked in, take a pics immediately if something broke or doesn't work in the room for further the hotel denials. During the check-in they ask to pay additional $21 but never clear explanation giving definitely rejected to pay because they are trying to sell you a xtra travel insurance. If force you to sign a paper for rejection, sign it but ask a copy of it. NO on duty manager at the hotel never ever, even small issue at the kitchen appliance repairs took 4 and half days after everday my pushing them‼️

I booked our room without changing my location because i was in hongkong and when i tried to cancel the room and refund my money back they never accommodated me, its such a miserable hotel with miserable workers

Very clean and very helpful staff would recommend. Only thing is the address for DiDi and taxi location was hard to find some times.

Perfect stay. Peaceful area, staff are very helpful, and property is clean. Area is safe, no issue if you speak 0 Spanish. Will stay here every time I come to Medellin!

Amazing stay. Great location. Spacious suite with balcony. Large bathroom. Kitchen with mini fridge microwave and stove top. Great restaurant on floor 13.

Almost new Hotel (6 months) , impressive views on high floors , good food on roof top but it should have milk for morning coffee.

Amazing location. Great staff. Spacious room. With kitchen and balcony. Restaurant on 13th floor.

Check in was quick. Location was excellent only a couple of blocks to the shopping centre
