The service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

Hotel is located in main area of city. Rooms have lots of space. Lobby has a cafeteria by entrance.

Good mid-range hotel with helpful staff. Maximum 2 European stars. The location is average, you need a taxi to get everywhere. A very party street with numerous discos, bars, a ******, a *******, etc. Very loud music at night. A big minus is the lack of windows in the room. Breakfast was very poor - rice, scrambled eggs and fruit, but everything was put on the plate in limited quantities. To sum up, a good hotel as a base and that's it.

Busy hotel with beautiful facilities, it is centrally located and easily accessible, the hotel has a ******, Turkish baths, includes breakfast, it should be noted that the breakfast included every day has the same menu. If I would stay in this hotel again

Good service and care

This hotel is glamourous and very attractive: big beautiful bed, well appointed furniture, gorgeous huge bathroom, marble floors -- and the views from the nice glass-enclosed balcony are STUNNING! The street in front of the hotel is super fun and lively with lots of bars and liquor stores. The location is excellent for taking the Metro B line as the Estadio station is just a short walk away. Make sure to check out the bar lounge on the 12th floor, with panoramic views of Medellin.

The check in and check out process was smooth . Good elevators . The staff was friendly and Santiago Marulanda at the front desk knows English and made me feel like a highly valued guest . The area is right in the middle of the nightlife and a quick walk to the Metro . The guards at the lobby made sure the guests were safe and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The housekeeping was very attentive. The whole staff and hotel were great

Cool place to be in the center of it all. Medellin is beautiful, and the people are loving and nice to the tourists. I loved it!

There' was a long line to check-in. I waited for 20 minutes before I advised the counter agent that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes. He simply shrugged his shoulders and we continued waiting.

We had a big group that got a huge family room with two baths and single beds for everyone. It worked really good for us. Central location in a busy street but noise was not a problem.
