Great location, right in the city center with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and close to the CBD. The area feels safe, the service is excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch! The bed linens were changed promptly.

On February 11, 2026, at 6:15 AM, I took a pre-booked Hilton Group hotel transfer to the airport. Upon arrival, there was a dispute over the fare. I had asked the hotel's F&B manager (who was at the same counter as the front desk, so I mistook them for front desk staff) to book the car. We used a translation app to communicate at the time, and there might have been a misunderstanding about the price that neither of us noticed. When we reached the destination, the driver insisted on charging 170,000 pesos, not the 70,000 pesos I thought it would be – a difference of 100,000 pesos! If it were that expensive, I wouldn't have booked their car; I would have just called a Didi. In the end, I had no choice but to pay 170,000 pesos, which is equivalent to 330 RMB. This is three times more expensive than taking a Didi from Shanghai Pudong Airport to the city center, and double the cost of a local Didi. I was not happy about it.

Good location in the center of the posh El Poblado district. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not extensive but tasty.

The breakfast is good, there is a big shopping mall within a 10-minute walk, and there is a McDonald's nearby. It's fine except that it's expensive. It's mainly safe.

The shower water is very small. The room has a strong smell. Not recommended for staying

A very cost-effective hotel, and Medellin is a very beautiful city. Hahahahahahahahahaha I will continue to book next time I come. Thank you hahahaha

房間很小，2個人的行李箱都放不下，沒有晾衣繩。隔音很差，旁邊的房間沖廁所説話的聲音都聽得到。前台會説英語的很少。 但是不得不説，和酒店合作的餐廳很好吃

大致滿意，最可惜是健身房冷氣嚴重不足，不做運動都覺得熱，做起運動就更加覺得辛苦。這點希望酒店加爾改善

酒店在山上，非常舒適，周圍風景秀麗宜人， 乾淨衞生，適合商務出差，家庭出遊，服務很好，下次還會繼續入住。

酒店地理位置和服務都很不錯，早班飛機前台給提前辦理入住，還免費送水👍
