Comfort Inn Medford North

Staffs are very nice. But old facilities, uncleaned air filter smells in the room so hard.

The front desk staff were great! Karen was super helpful during the booking, went above and beyond, giving me directions to get to the hotel even before I decided to book my stay there... Jenifer was very warm during checkin and gave us helpful info for our trip to crater lake... there was also an indian gentleman (I dint get his name) at the front desk who was equally courteous with our requests! The room was clean and comfortable with the necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast bar had a decent spread with variety of choices. The hotel has safe on-site parking which was one of our must-haves for picking this location. There is a shopping area (rogue valley mall) very close to the hotel, the mall also has EV chargers so it was convenient. Stayed two nights at comfort inn, overall a pleasant stay and great for families.

The hotel could use big time renovations. The staff were so kind and nice which helped our stay.

DISCOMFORT INN. The family that runs this hotel has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A HOTEL. Do you want a good nights sleep. Then Don’t stay here! My air conditioner sounded like a high pitched scream and no matter how many times I asked for assistance NOTHING WAS DONE. I said I need a quiet room. They put me on the 1st floor at the entrance near the pool where they let CHILDREN, TEENAGERS and WHOMEVER go to the pool after 11pm!!! Not only were They were running up and down the hallway yelling after 11pm because the pool is on the 1st floor!!!! Then at 11:30PM A kid PULLED THE FIRE-ALARM IN THE POOL FOR LAUGHS. When requesting a room change because of the insanity (and they couldn’t figure out how to properly turn off the alarm). The front desk guy was NO USE!! Would not let me change rooms. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC treatment from the owners. This is not a comfort in, it’s a toxic nightmare of a building disguised as a hotel. 0 out of 10

Our room was disgusting. There was bacteria growing in the shower and had obviously not been cleaned. There was mystery green liquid on the ground. Stains on the lamp shades. Overall disgusting and not worth $220/night. We tried to talk to the hotel staff on our way out and we were told the manager would contact us but no one has contacted us.

This hotel has a good rating on ********** which does not match the actual hotel. It is dated and dirty. The door lock on the first room I was in was broken, the second room smelled, the carpet was filthy, the tub was stained. On top of all this they charged me $350 for one night stay. Based on that price and the ********** rating I assumed it was going to be a very nice hotel. Just a warning that it is not!

This hotel appears to be newer from the outside but is poorly maintained on the inside. There are also homeless that sleep outside the side doors which were left unlocked and slightly ajar the majority of our stay which made us wonder if the homeless actually came inside at night There was no one around in the morning at the desk when we checked out. One employee walked right on by and ignored us and no one answered the bell. We ended up leaving the keys on the desk

I should have cancelled when I walked in but ******* wouldn’t allow it. There was a party going on in the breakfast area. The room wasn’t bad overall but the door would not latch unless you slammed it shut SAFETY ISSUE)! Fire alarm went off around midnight. This morning the young man putting out breakfast was putting eggs on the tray with his bare hands! There was NO coffee, when I asked about coffee the young man just shook his head NO without a responding verbally! Absolutely horrible!

We didn't have a good experience here. Before we entered the hotel we had registered 3 rooms but when arivws we were told we only had 2 rooms. And when we went to our rooms it looked like someone smoked there .Also we had a baby with us so we asked for an crib and when we got one it was really dirty so we didnt use it.
