Great hotel. Grabbed the cheapest room possible for my sister to come along with the hubby and I but wanted our own privacy. Got her the single queen bed room. It was REALLY nice. The value for money was exceptional and the breakfast was fantastic!

Coffee canister filthy. No local tv. Manager unavailable to assist. Room not cleaned properly. I have photos if you would like to see them. When I complained about tv nothing was offered or done. Manager isn't available on weekends for anything!

Loved it has two pools. Breakfast you have to get there early in order to get anything good. Staff were friendly. Language barrier between staff and you.

Room was cold. Didn't seem like the heat worked properly.
housekeeping needs a course in cleaning . Sink in the kitchenette was brown and not even a dish cloth supplied.
Bathroom could use a major cleaning top to bottom. Some of the lights looked like they were shorting out or maybe it was just all of the dead bugs in them. The curtains didn't close all the way. bought some clips to hold them shut, but didn't cover the holes in them.

I’ve stayed here twice as my company books our hotels. Now I know you can’t expect much for the price but in the times I’ve stayed here I’ve had
1) No TV as there was a “technical issue”
2) Dirty rooms and hallways
3) Ice machines not working
4) Hot tub not working
5) Various types of bugs in my room
6) No hot water to shower
7) Mold in my ice bucket
8) horribly unhelpful front desk staff.
I’ve made it clear to my management that under no circumstances will I ever stay at this hotel again.

Wanted waterslide and pool for the daughter. Check in and told the Pool HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR YEARS!! Have a second pool though. Went and saw a dirty little pool and a closed hot tub. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
