Exceptional Service and Hospitality The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, including the lobby attendants. My family (my wife, our two children and I) arrived from the UK to Madinah early in the morning around 5:00 AM. I asked if any rooms were available and mentioned that I was willing to pay but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked at that time. I then requested the possibility of an early check-in and offered to pay any additional charges, as we were extremely tired; especially our children aged 5 and 10. The staff were very understanding and assured us they would do their best. As soon as a family room became available, they promptly cleaned and prepared it for us, allowing us to check in around 10:30 AM. When I offered to pay an extra fee for the early check-in, they kindly declined and said, “No, thank you. We’re happy to help you.” Their professionalism, kindness and hospitality made our stay truly pleasant. I sincerely appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

It was 3 beds in room. But I booked one bed bedroom.so it should be as per booking. As 3 beds makes room conjusted.

Good location and clean hotel also area is near to AL SALAM street

Hotel room and especially bathroom are very old and dirty. The property definitely needs upgrading. It was not worth the money. I was lucky to get it bit cheaper as I kept looking and price went down, but still £75 a night is expensive for this property. The biggest drawback is that it is very very far from the ladies entrance gate to masjid nabwi. It will be almost 25-30 minutes walk for ladies. 10 minutes is to the outside gates 314 or 316 and then further 20 min to get inside the masjid for ladies. However, for gents is good as the as-salam door to masjid is very close in front of the 316 gate. So if you are travelling with females in your group, recommended side is where Golden Al-Zahabi Hotel, Dallah Taibah etc. are. Don’t go towards the side where Pulllman Madina is because you are behind the masjid and for sure you will have to walk alll the way to the other side to get behind the Imam to pray. Emaar Taibah management need to work on upgrading the hotel. There was no flexibility in check out so had to leave luggage to go out for Zuhr pray and then collect to leave.

Location is quite near to Haram but a little bit far from ladies gate
