One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
The hotel is located on top of a steep hill, making it extremely inconvenient—especially if you need to go up and down multiple times a day for prayers. It feels more like adding trekking to your stay than hospitality.
While the hotel claims to offer a free electric cart service, most of the time the carts are left on charging, and usually only one cart is operational. Even worse, the cart doesn’t drop guests all the way down like other hotels—it drops you halfway, forcing you to walk another 100 meters down. It honestly feels like the staff enjoy riding the cart alone rather than serving guests.
To make matters worse, our taxi driver had to wait for almost an hour because the bell boy never showed up, despite requesting assistance multiple times. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
Inside the room, the telephone cord was disconnected, and my daughter had to fix it herself. Housekeeping was another nightmare—you literally have to beg for your room to be cleaned. During our five-day stay, housekeeping came only twice.
Not just the rooms, but the entire hotel had a bad odor, likely due to poor cleanliness. To add to the discomfort, the housekeeping trolley was parked right next to our room, which was extremely unpleasant.
Overall, this hotel shows no understanding of basic hospitality standards. It’s genuinely surprising how this property has a 2–3 star rating and is listed on major online booking platforms. Very disappointing experience.
